How to buy here?

TorBay Marketplace has a simple process to buying your goods.

First of all, study the vendors' products, which are grouped into 6 categories ("Credit Cards", "Gift Cards", "Money Transfers", "Fake Money", "Electronic", "Hacking", "Other").

1. If you want to buy only one item:
-> After selecting the desired product, click on the "Buy Now" button.
Next, fill out the order form (the "comment" line is optional). After that choose a payment method (Bitcoin or Litecoin) and click on the button "PAY NOW".
Will open the page of payment, where the system TorBay will generate a unique wallet for payment. Send the exact amount to the specified address. It takes 30 minutes for the payment. Don't worry if you don't have time to pay in 30 minutes. We know that bitcoins can take a long time to get credited. The payment address is valid for 24 hours. Once the money arrives at our address, the seller will be notified automatically and will begin processing the order.
Until the order has been processed, your money is not transferred to the seller and is kept in TorBay Escrow.
If the seller does not process your order, or delivers faulty goods, we will refund your money and penalize the seller. You can learn more about escrow here.

2. Buying multiple items in one order:
-> If you need to buy more than one item, just add the items you want to your cart (click "Add to cart"). You can see all the items added to your cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right part of the page. You can increase the number of items in your shopping cart (button "+"), you can also remove mistakenly added items. Click on the "CHECKOUT" button when your shopping cart is done the way you want it to be. Next, fill in the order forms and pay for the order (as we wrote above).

3. Shipping
-> Your vendor will notify you through TorBay’ transaction system when your product has shipped. Most vendors are overworked single man operations and same or next day shipping cannot always be guaranteed.

4. Finalize
-> So a few days have passed and you’ve received your order. Congrats, you’ve successfully completed your transaction on TorBay Marketplace – but wait, you are forgetting something! Your seller, who sent you an item or transfer several days ago, will not receive money from the escrow until you acknowledge receipt of the item or performance of the seller's work or service. That's why it's extremely important to complete the order in your account as soon as you receive it. Be nice to your vendor and expect the same in return. Don’t wait until your 3 day weekend party binge ends to finalize the order you received Friday!

5. Feedback
-> Once you finalize your order you will have the opportunity to leave feedback on your transaction experience, on the product you received and on the vendor overall. Remember, vendors thrive on feedback and customers rely on it. Leave a helpful and honest review! If there was a problem, don’t be afraid to say so – constructive criticism helps vendors improve and lets customers know in advance. If you had a great transaction, leave a nice and detailed comment. Vendors are business owners and customer feedback is what keeps them running.

6. Support / Tickets
-> If the seller has not fulfilled his obligations after a long time, write to us here and detail all the circumstances. In the text specify your wallet for a refund. Tickets are processed within 24 hours. For physical goods sent by courier services, the time of consideration of the ticket not more than 7 days.
